Why a sidecar?
Just because it isn't a typical way of travelling. You can carry more than a two wheeler can, and having a passenger along isn't a chore, it's a pleasure. You don't fall down on gravel or ice, and while your typical two wheeler might go through the twisties faster.... they'll wait for you because you're carrying the picnic cooler. And the luggage too.
There's a reason sidecars were one of the first motorcycle accessories!

Happy new year and hope all our members had a great holiday season. We've got a new twitter feed (see link at top of page) and also have the Motorcycle Supershow coming up in Toronto on Jan. 4-6 at the International Centre. We're working on our 2013 event schedule!
We're in the process of updating our rallies and events page for the 2013 season. Expect to see repeats of all the 2012 events, plus a couple more - and a CONTEST! Keep an eye on the events page, and also our Forum.

Our new forum is a place for members and those interested in joining the CSOC to go and exchange messages with a sidecar bent. All members are encouraged to signup to get updates on events, contests, and general happenings in the sidecar world. In addition, ask any questions you might have and we'll do our best to get them answered. CSOC membership is not a requirement for forum signup (We just ask that you have an interest in sidecars and behave with some common sense rules of online etiquette when you post.)
