Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

Sometimes the simplest things. Beautiful evening, had some time to spare before my darling wife came home from work and we headed out for dinner so, thought I, good time to install the trim ring around the ignition switch (picked up at OVC during my visit there this spring) and install the new halog...

Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

So, you know, life is pretty good. A bit of an overcast day, some showers but nothing serious. Nothing on the go so climbed on my PC800, rode down to Fundy, traded it for my Patrol so I could ride it up to the first night of the "Cruise Night Dieppe/Moncton 2013" and show off the sidecar experience ...

Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

Should have added that the backrest is adjustable, can move it back about an inch or two if needed to give a bit more room.

And now, introducing my new travel companion, family is still debating an appropriate name, stay tuned

Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

Well, an eventful weekend so far. Managed to remove the front wheel of my bike, take it to get balanced, and reinstalled it all by my lonesome :D A not insignificant feat! Also adjusted my new backrest, built for me by Cocagne Motorcycle(thanks Kevin) If this works there will be pictures below. As w...

Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

So, after a bit of delay, due revised backrest plan and then me being out of town, picked up the bike with backrest on Friday( pics to follow). Beautiful evening for the 50 k ride home. But I digress. I've been looking for a third bike to add to the stable. I've been thinking of something suitable f...

Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

Must have had a quartering tailwind. :o Hit 112 kph while heading out the 4 lane to drop off the bike at Cocagne to get the new backrest fitted. Beautiful early spring evening for the ride. Bike running well after not a lot of use over the winter. Was nice to get out for a solid ride. Season is defi...

Beautiful weekend here. Spent 5 plus hours yesterday cleaning the winter off the bike. Was nice to be outside in the sun.

Re: Fundy Rider's Blog

Beautiful sunny day for a ride. Wandered out to Cocagne Motorcycle to pick up my Scala Rider G9 Powersets and extra mounts and to get the bike measured up for Kevin to build me a backrest for the rear tractor seat. Will post pictures once done. While there I showed Kevin where the rod for the revers...
